Installing an aftermarket pitch stop mount will help improve the feel of each shift. The pitch stop mount is made to control the pitching of the engine and transmission when in motion. The installation process is pretty quick and simple for such a signification difference when driving. I'd recommend upgrading your stock pitch stop mount for one that is machined from 6061 billet aluminum and polyurethane. These bushings are stiff but not solid enough to have excessive NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness).
