As I get older I find I think about the people I've met over the years, the places I've been, the mistakes I've made. Most people have regrets and I have a mountain of them.
Some of these latest batch of tracks were recorded about specific people and specific events, some going back 30 years or more.
I've always been reflective about the past, but recently, I have found I've been slipping into the past more than is probably healthy.
