Yes, I’ve bought every pool noodle from every store to make my Halloween DIY’s this year… Made this for the underwater part of the Sunken Pirate Ship, where we displayed our food on the day of the party. Not super spooky, I know. It's because I will probably want to reuse it sometime later and don't want it to look 'grimy'.
