About the tram system:

The city of Lost Heaven has an elevated passenger train and ground-level tram system providing service throughout the city.

The tram of Lost Heaven consists of a large amount of single-cart trams following a certain line around the city.

Three lines serve the city (with line name based on the colors of the routes in the game map):
Orange - Central Island
Green - North Park and Downtown
Red - Entire Lost Heaven area

Although the trams are accessible in the original Mafia game, they are inaccessible in Mafia: Definitive Edition unless mods are used (such as the one indicated in the Tools section of this video description).

Lost Heaven Rail Roads, or LHRR, is the company overseeing the rail roads of Lost Heaven, including its tram and elevated railway.

About the game:

Mafia: Definitive Edition is a 2020 action-adventure game developed by Hangar 13 and published by 2K Games. It is a remake of the 2002 video game Mafia, and the fourth main installment in the Mafia series. The remake reimagines the original game's setting of Lost Heaven (a fictional city based on 1930s Chicago), and its story, which follows the rise and fall of Tommy Angelo, a Sicilian-American cab driver-turned-gangster, within the Salieri crime family.
