MCF-500-D Strawberry capping machine (2024 version).
One machine reaches a production of up to 50,000 strawberries per hour, requiring only 2 operators (1 operator to feed the machine + 1 operator at the output of capped strawberries).
Our patented system, which is the only one that orients and holds
the strawberry in the cutting process, allows a precise and flat cut
without the strawberry moving, thus achieving an excellent yield and
product quality, since only a thin sheet of calyx is cut.
