Courtney Hadwin is widely known today for her powerful voice and energetic stage presence, but her journey into music began long before the bright lights of televised talent shows. Born on July 6th, 2004, in Hartlepool, County Durham, in the northeast of England, Courtney grew up in a musical household. Her parents, Anne-Marie and Paul Hadwin, noticed early on that she had an ear for music and a natural inclination to sing. Music wasn’t just a hobby in the Hadwin household—it was something that flowed through the family. Courtney’s younger siblings, Melissa and Paul, were also musically inclined, often joining her in singing around the house.
From a young age, Courtney showed signs of being deeply passionate about performing. According to her grandfather, she started singing at around the age of five, often practicing for hours at home.
