In this episode the Nanny 911 team head to Staten Island, New York to visit the troubled McCafferty family. Dad, a former sergeant with the NYPD admits there is no organization or schedule in place and the only household routine present is complete chaos. Mum is terrified at the disorganisation as she will soon return to work. Dad will then be left to cope with their six screaming children. Can the Nanny 911 team teach Dad to use his policing skills to create law and order in the McCafferty household?
