ALWAYS WEAR YOUR HELMET!! Trail riding the KTM 300 XC-W and Polaris Sportsman in Cordova Alaska headed to Sheridan Glacier and we thought it would be a good idea to skip the boulder portion and take the upper trail around when it all went wrong. A rookie rider made a rookie mistake! Hill climbing, no matter how small of a hill, can sometimes lead to an ATV crash if you're not prepared or experienced enough to know what to do! Luckily, it is a very small wheeler that fell on top of a big dude! AND luckily the camera was on!!! Everyone is just fine and the Polaris Sportsman landed on it's feet! Helmets are a MUST when riding and so are cameras just in case there is a good old fashioned ATV fail!
