Mentorship in Apprenticeship

Cummins saw a need for childcare in the workplace. They built an early childcare program through apprenticeships with the help from Mentors. The apprenticeship gave learning directives and, on the job, experience giving the apprentices the confidence they needed to become the best caregivers.
