In this episode of our VW MK1 Citi Golf 1.8T build, we start dialing in the finer details of the swap. We install an uprated fuel pump to keep up with the 1.8T’s demands, and fit a fresh AN-style catch can setup to help keep things clean under the hood.
We also showcase the complete exhaust system—giving you a look (and a listen) at how it all comes together. Then it’s time for our very first proper test drive! As always, no build is without its hiccups... and this time, the CV joint decided to throw in the towel. Classic!
