Welcome to our first official basketball training session with Coach K1! 🏀🔥
Today’s workout breaks down the fundamentals, footwork, ball-handling, and game-speed movement for one of my new athletes. This session is all about evaluating strengths, correcting weaknesses, and setting the foundation for long-term development.
Basketball was actually my first sport and first love. I grew up hooping, training nonstop, and averaging 30 points per game in high school before transitioning into football at the University of Cincinnati and eventually playing professionally in the NFL, CFL, XFL, and USFL.
Now, as a professional athlete and performance trainer, I use everything I learned from both sports to help athletes move better, think faster, and build real confidence on the court.
