Русские Горки/Whirl Wind Looping Coaster is a Vekoma Whirlwind that has two corkscrews, and it has been operating since 2003. It was originally built in Magic Land (Thailand) in 1982 and was named "Corkscrew"! As of right now it is 43 years old!! This coaster isn't actually that rough for being fourty three years old, i've gone on it three times before knowing that fact and would've never guessed it's older than ~20. It's a pretty short ride lasting only 30 seconds, but it's still fun - and it was actually my first rollercoaster ever (not counting the caterpillar i rode when i was like 6 lol).

In the 2025 season this ride had a problem with operations most days - even though its a small 30 second ride, most of the time it lasted 10 OR MORE MINUTES for them to dispatch it. it also depends on the day youre going - sometimes its not as bad, sometimes its perfect, sometimes its unbelievably slow like i mentioned. i hope it'll be better next season. also, ive never seen it closed, so thats something good, though i think it does need breaks sometimes considering that one time i saw it almost stop at the lifthill💔
