Hey guys, today I want to challenge myself. I’m gonna do a core exercise challenge, and here is the rule that I made to myself:
1. No rest for 15 mins
2. No repeat
3. only core exercises
4. For each exercise, I have to count loud for 20 reps, if I do an isometric exercise like plank, I also count to 20 so about 20-30 seconds
