Install Final Fantasy 8 Tonberry Enhanced Mods

This tutorial will walk you through the download and installation process for the Tonberry Enhanced Mods for the Steam version of Final Fantasy VIII as well as a few bonus mods.

I don't recommend using GeDoSaTo anymore. There are better programs like ReShade that do the same thing but are still being actively supported. That being said, if you still wish to use it then you need to disable UEFI Secure Boot for GeDoSaTo to run properly. As this is a security feature that protects against malicious software being installed when your computer boots up, please research online and educate yourself before turning off UEFI Secure Boot. Remember, this is a completely optional mod that only slightly sharpens the game graphics. If you run into any game crashes or other issues after installing the mods try running it without GeDoSaTo to see if that fixes things.

Many of you have asked how to replace the Gunblade cursor. I've edited some files that will give you back the finger icon. Keep in mind I haven't tested it much and it is not a "professional" job, but it should be good enough to not take away from your game experience. Here's the files link:

Drag-and-Drop the files from the finger_icon folder into the FF8 textures\ic\iconfl01 folder and you will have the finger icon again! I've also included a copy of the Gunblade cursor files in case the finger cursor files mess something up.
