To Bring You My Love

This look is inspired by one of my favorite artists, PJ Harvey. Polly Jean's look in 1995 was so killer. Blue eye shadow, red lips, dark brows, everything exaggerated, and it was brilliant! Very over the top but so iconic! And there were slight variations of this look. Sometimes the blue was more pastel and light, other times it was deep and dark. She sported crimson lips as well as a nude with a brown lip liner. My favorite examples of this look, and my inspiration were her "Down by the Water" music video and her Glastonbury (1995) performance. Whichever way you decide to take this look, I'm sure you'll look like killer!
