Here's some video from the 2022 L.E.A.D. Fest Carnival at Brunswick Square Mall in East Brunswick, NJ. This is one of several carnivals this year promoted by LEAD - Law Enforcement Against Drugs, which I guess is similar to DARE when I was a kid.
Got to say, this was a pretty good carnival for a mall spot. Rides were by Reithoffer Shows, their blue unit in particular. This fair is running through July 31st, so you can still check it out in person!
