The Union Pacific's Baird Subdivision is my favorite in the DFW area. With frequent intermodal traffic, long lashups, and interesting power, it passes through many great small Texas towns and is always a delight to sit back and watch trains go by. Today while spotting in Aledo, Union Pacific 1988, the MKT Heritage Unit, makes an appearance trailing 2nd on the MMHFW.
