Coming off the back of Father’s Day, let me introduce Fatherhood: Ambition vs Obligation.

This project dives deep into a struggle many of us face but rarely speak on; the quiet tug-of-war between the grind and being present. Since becoming a father, I’ve felt it firsthand: chasing dreams while wanting to be there for every moment of my daughter’s growth. This piece is for the fathers navigating that same inner conflict, and for the future dads already thinking about this. Last year, we told our stories in the barbershop. This year, we’re flipping the lens inward, and what better place to confront your truth than in the mirror?
