I got the chance to check out the new Grand Helios Hotel at Epic Universe and it was such a great experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful and made the experience so easy. The hotel itself is so beautiful right now especially since its so new and not officially open since grand opening is on May 22. And the views is amazing as you can see in the video.
