This week we test out an idea we had to give bannock more flavour.
Caramelize half an onion in the pan with butter, add to the bannock mix, and fold in. Cook like normal and man, you will be blown away!
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons baking powder
1/4 cup butter melted
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 onion cooked
