Every child has the right to a quality education, which includes access to safe drinking water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) services at school. In June 2024, IHS and WaterAid Rwanda signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to improve water access through rainwater harvesting in four schools across Nyamagabe District. This project enhances the education and well-being of school children by ensuring reliable access to clean, harvested rainwater, fostering both learning and healthier futures.
