Worker orientations - especially before the worker does any work, they need a good safety orientation!

Worker safety training - have they been trained in all methods to perform their tasks safely or have you verified they can?

Worker supervision - Workers need to be supervised. Supervision can be reduced depending on length of time employed and hazards associated with the tasks but nevertheless, supervision is required.
