Smoked Turkey Breast Done Right — Juicy Every Time!

Smoked a juicy turkey breast that turned out so good, my friends said it might be better than the brisket. Used 16 mesh black pepper, Fiesta Season Salt, and a touch of H-E-B True Texas BBQ Sweet Heat Rub. Smoked low and slow at 225–250°F with post oak, then rested in the oven with melted butter and garlic for that perfect finish.
The turkey breast was from H-E-B, pre-brined in an 18% solution — all I had to do was pull the skin and let the smoke do the work.
