Raf and Brayton make lite of murder with the second feature for Don't Stop for Strangers, the harrowing 1953 thriller THE HITCH-HIKER.
Edmond O'Brien and Frank Lovejoy play two really, really, close male 'friends' (wink-wink) who literally find themselves staring down the barrel of a gun when both are taken hostage by a psychotic fugitive, played with sickening cruelty by William Talman. An excellent film proceeded with a discussion on the classic TWILIGHT ZONE episode which shares names with said movie. Also, TARANTUA! Because why not?
