Sonic Pocket Adventure used some themes from the Sonic The Hedgehog 3 competitions zones, if they had used the Endless Mine zone theme probably it would sound like this.
Due the T6W28 limitations the pitch of the song was increased.

Get the VGM File of the cover (The problem of the noise channel with low volume when reproducing in ZxTune was fixed exporting the song with an older format version)
