Noodles with chicken in gravy sauce | Rad Na Gai

"Rad Na Gai".
Ingredients :
Rice noodle
Chinese broccoli
Chicken meat
egg 1
Minced garlic 2 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Soybean sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Black soy sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Bean paste sauce 1 tbsp
Canola oil 2 tbsp
White pepper
Mixed of cornstarch 1 tbsp and Water 2 tbsp
Water 2 1/2 cup for soup
How to cook :
1. Mix the chicken with Oyster sauce 1 tbsp, Soy sauce 1/2 tbsp, Soybean sauce 1/2 tbsp, sugar 1tbsp and egg. Let it sit (room temperature) for 20 minutes.
2. Soak noodle in water.
3. Heat some water in pan, cook rice noodle for 2-3 mins. Add oil and black soy sauce 2 tbsp and mix well on high heat. Put in the plate.
4. Cook soup, turn on medium heat, put oil in pan wait until heat and put minced garlic and bean paste sauce. Fry until aroma add water 2 1/2 cup.
5. When water boiled add Chicken. Add Soy sauce 1 tbsp, Soybean sauce 1 tbsp, Sugar 1 tbsp. Skim some bubbles out.
6. When soup boiled then slowly add the mixed of cornstarch and water *while blend it together.
7. When soup boiled again add Kale and cook a few minutes. then done.
8. Pour the soup on top of the cooked rice noodles. Spring some white pepper.
