How Good Are Rot Knights in Total War: Warhammer 3?

Let's see how Rot Knights fare in six different battle tests and how easy it is to get them. The idea is to compare how different units fare in these equal tests. The tests are scored from 0-100 based on victory and damage inflicted / received. Furthermore, requirements, cost etc. can award a total of 400 points totaling up to 1.000 points.

Rules:
Always 4 units will participate to the test battles
Battles fought against AI in medium difficulty – tactics can be used
Points in a fight: Based on victory or defeat level (calculated on monetary value)
Battles (total theoretical max 600 points – practical max about 500 points):
Round: Against Horde (8 x Skavenslaves, 8 x Skavenslaves (Spears))
Round: Against Elite (1 x Chaos Lord, 1 x Chosen of Khorne (Dual Weapons (9 xp), Chosen of Nurgle (GW, 9 xp), Chosen of Tzeentch (Halb, 9 xp))
Round: Against Missile (1 x Hawk-Eyes of Drakira, 3 x Waywatchers)
Round: Against Cavalry (1 x Royal Pegasus Knights, 1 x Pegasus Knights, 2 x Questing Knights)
Round: Against Monsters (1 x Bloodthirster, 1 x Lord of Change, 1 x Keeper of Secrets, 1 x Great Unclean One)
Round: Against an Army (1 x General of the Empire, 1 x Bright Wizard, 2 x Spearmen, 2 x Swordsmen, 2 x Handgunners, 1 x Reiksguard, 1 x Steam Tank)
Production (total max 400 points):
MP Cost: (1-cost/3600)*100 (max. 100)
Upkeep: (1-upkeep/925)*100 (max. 100)
Build time: 1 turn - 100, 2 turns - 50, 3+ turns - 0 (max 100)
Building Tier: 1 - 100, for every new tier -25 (max 100)
Total max points 1000 (theoretically), perhaps about 700 practically
