While staying at El Palacio Rosa in Roatan, we went out exploring Caribe Point Bight, which is basically the backyard, in the provided skiff. We brought along our light tackle to see if we could catch lunch. With depths ranging from 1 foot to 50 feet, it's a lot to explore. We managed to catch enough snapper and sea bass to throw together a nice lunch...and got back just in time before a quick storm.
