Every real estate transaction involves three key players on a client’s wealth team:
🏠 The Realtor – guiding the real estate side
💰 The Lender – structuring the liability side
📈 The Financial Advisor – managing the asset side

When these three professionals work together, everyone wins. Clients get better outcomes, you build stronger relationships, and opportunities open up for future business and referrals.

Too often, these professionals work in silos. This week’s strategy challenges you to start the conversation:

“Who’s your financial advisor? I’d love to connect with them so we can align your real estate goals with your overall financial plan.”

It’s a simple question that positions you as a true advisor — not just a salesperson.

Action Items:

Ask every client under contract who their financial advisor is.

If they don’t have one, introduce them to someone in your trusted network.

Schedule a quick lunch or Zoom with that advisor to align strategies.

Build your “Wealth Team” circle — Realtor, Lender, Financial Advisor — and stay in communication.
