2 Step Easy காலிஃப்ளவர் மிளகு வறுவல் | Cauliflower Pepper Fry reicpe in Tamil

Cauliflower pepper fry is a popular dish. Like that, there is a south Indian combination dish. It's called Cauliflower Milagu Pirattal. For this, We will use a combination of south Indian and north Indian ingredients. And we'll not use any colors, and it's healthy. Pepper has antiviral properties. Adding this weekly once in your menu is very healthy.

Here are the ingredients for this dish
Cauliflower - 1
Corn flour - 4 tbs
Rice flour - 4 tbs
Black pepper powder - 4 tsp
Groundnut Oil - 4 tbs
Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - Few
Chopped onion - 2 nos
Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp
Tomato - 3 nos
Kashmiri chilli powder – 3/4 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
Madras curry powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander – 1 tsp
Salt - As per taste
