This is a recording of Gebruers concert at Bruismelk festival at 'Nor' in Antwerp 23/07/2022.
It is a sculpture and concept created by @dennistyfus at the border of @middelheimmuseum1170, Antwerp (BE).
Seppe brought his pianos tuned a quartertone apart.
At a certain moment of the concert he played with "Blue Velvet", a popular song written and composed in 1950 by Bernie Wayne and Lee Morris. A top 20 hit for #tonybennett in its original 1951 version, the song has since been re-recorded many times, with a 1963 version by #bobbyvinton reaching No. 1. The last version is featured several times in #davidlynch 's1986 film Blue Velvet. The film drew partial inspiration from the song's lyrics, where Isabella Rossellini, who plays Dorothy Vallens, a singer in the film, sings the song in-character.
