സിനിമയിലെ സംഘട്ടനരംഗങ്ങളില് നായികമാര്ക്ക് പകരക്കാരിയായി ഡ്യൂപ് ആര്ട്ടിസ്റ്റായി പ്രവര്ത്തിച്ച സുമാദേവി. 12 വര്ഷത്തോളം ജീവന് പണയംവച്ച് സാഹസിക രംഗങ്ങളുടെ ഭാഗമായിരുന്നു സുമാദേവിയ്ക്ക് ലൊക്കേഷനില് മതിയായ പരിഗണ കിട്ടിയിരുന്നില്ല. അമ്മയുടെ വിയോഗം ഈ കലാകാരിയെ തളര്ത്തി. ഡ്യൂപ് ആര്ട്ടിസ്റ്റില് നിന്നും മികച്ച നടിയിലേക്കുള്ള പ്രയാണത്തിനിടയില് മറികടന്ന കല്ലും മുള്ളും നിറഞ്ഞ യാത്രയിലെ അനുഭവങ്ങള് ഫ്ലവേഴ്സ് ഒരു കോടി വേദിയിൽ പങ്കുവയ്ക്കുകയാണ് സുമാദേവി.
Sumadevi worked as a stunt artist for heroines in the movies. Although Sumadevi spent 12 years of her life working on these risky scenes, she did not get enough recognition on shooting locations. The death of her mother left the artist broken. In this episode of 'Flowers Oru Kodi' Sumadevi is talking about the tricky roads she travelled on her journey from a dupe artist to an actress.
