How do you get your child to bowl in a more aligned bowling action? How do you get them to practice it so that it just becomes natural (muscle memory)?
This drill will help you do just that!
It's a brilliant exercise to do pre-season (or anytime) to help get your child bowling with a more aligned bowling action.
They can then go do it themselves as all you need is a mirror (or reflective window) and some tape (or whiteboard maker that you are able to wipe off).
It's simple but exceptionally effective as it gives your child a clear visual of their "alignment" when bowling.
