The song is primarily performed by voice actor Scott Innes (who voices both Scooby and Shaggy in the video), as well as some children. It is likely this song was written by Scott Innes, Claude Parish and Nelson Blanchard, as they wrote several others that were produced the following year, but the video does not provide any credits to verify that.
