In this vlog, I talk about why walking has become one of the most important parts of my life.
I share three main benefits of walking that I personally experience:
• Physical activity — keeping the body moving without pressure
• Emotional regulation — processing thoughts and feelings while walking
• Stress management — feeling lighter and calmer after each walk
Walking became my alternative to the gym — no pressure, no comparison, no intimidation.
Just movement at my own pace.
Along the walk, there were also some unexpected and fun moments — meeting new people, helping out, and having casual conversations that reminded me how simple human connection can be.
The vlog ends with a sit-down reflection at home, joined by my cats, Bubilab and Berta, as I recap the walk and the thoughts behind it.
