This 45 minute creative circular vinyasa flow is a dynamic and energising practice designed to open the hips and hamstrings, build strength, and increase flexibility. We’ll move through flowing circular sequences that evolve around the mat, helping you explore new transitions and experience your practice from every angle.
The peak pose in this flow is Hanumanasana (splits), and each round will prepare your body through mindful hip openers, hamstring stretches, and strong standing sequences. Playful options are offered throughout so you can make the practice your own, whether you’re working towards splits or simply want a powerful full-body yoga flow.
