Placing the groundwork on this slopped bank so that I can transform this area into a flower garden! 🌷🌱🌸 This area has long been a source of frustration for me. I’m happy to finally have made some decisions about this slope!!
Gardening became a passion when I had some health and anxiety issues. I wanted to stay active, and my yard needed work, so it was the perfect opportunity to get to work in the garden. Studies have shown that gardening increases serotonin and dopamine. I can say it has helped me tremendously, both physically and mentally.
