In this hearing loss prevention video, we show you how loud environments – such as a spin studio – could lead to noise-induced hearing loss. We also show you how to use foam hearing protection safely.

Noise-induced hearing loss is permanent but preventable. Always wear hearing protection while working in a loud environment. These environments could be in fitness and recreation, hospitality, or any other industry where you’re exposed to loud or continuous noise.
