Just found a reproducible bug. ^^

If you go upstairs in the Science Lab of the University, you'll see a light falling down. If you head back downstairs that monkey will be there in T-pose. oO
I accidently found this issue by collecting enough parts to buy a weapon upgrade, so I headed back down. In this record you see my second NG+ playthrough, so there is already everything unlocked.
Yet that monkey's still there. :P
