The Desi Burrito Bowl
This fusion dish combines the comforting flavors of Rajma Chawal with the fresh crunch of a "Desi" salad and savory toppings.
Preparation Steps

1. Crispy Jeera Potatoes
Wash, peel, and cut potatoes into small cubes.
Heat oil in a pan and add jeera (cumin seeds).
Add the potato cubes and cook on high flame while covered for the first few minutes.
Uncover and continue to sauté until crispy.
Season with salt and chaat masala.
2. Sautéed Sweet Corn
Wash the sweet corn thoroughly.
In a separate pan, heat a mix of oil and butter.
Sauté the corn for about 5 minutes without a cover until tender and slightly golden.
Assembly (Layering)
In a large bowl, layer the ingredients in the following order:
Base: A foundation of fluffy cooked rice.
Protein: A generous layer of Rajma (kidney bean curry).
Crunch: The prepared Jeera Potatoes.
Fresh Salad: A mix of finely chopped onions, tomatoes, and cucumber.
Zest: Chopped raw mango for a tangy kick.
Sweetness: The sautéed sweet corn.
Finishing Touches
Seasoning: Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the top to taste.
