Materials Needed
1 roll of 21 inch fabric mesh 21 inches x 10 yards
Mine was ordered online at Craft Outlet.
1 14 inch wreath ring from Dollar Tree
pipe cleaners
3 colors of ribbon with wire
1 welcome sign
My sign came from Dollar General.
I made my bubbles 8 or 9 inches in length. I did 5 bubbles per section.
