In this video, you will learn how to highlight entire rows in Excel when two conditions are true, which is perfect for project tracking. You have project data with columns like Project ID, Name, Status, and Priority, and you want to highlight rows where the Status is "Delayed" and the Priority is "High" to easily spot urgent tasks. To do this, select the data range A2 to D11, go to Home, then Conditional Formatting, and click on New Rule. Choose "Use a formula to determine which cells to format" and enter the formula =AND($C2="Delayed", $D2="High"). Then click Format, pick a fill color like light yellow, and click OK. This formula checks if the Status is Delayed and the Priority is High using the AND function, and the dollar signs ensure the correct columns are always referenced. As a result, rows for App Development, SEO Optimization, and Cloud Transition will be highlighted.
