Crest was the fifth son of a duke, which meant he didn’t have much say in anything. His childhood friend and fiancée, Ellis, treated him like he was her servant. During his coming-of-age ceremony, he got a special skill called "Gacha," but he couldn’t figure out how to use it. Because of this, he was kicked out of his home and sent into a dangerous forest filled with monsters. While he was there, Crest started to learn about the power of "Gacha." He promised himself that he would survive and find a way to make a comeback.
