Trump Should Call Putin, Says Top Orban Aide

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban's top aide suggests that Donald Trump should call Vladimir Putin to open up a line of communication with Russia and work towards a cease-fire in Ukraine. Balazs Orban, the premier’s political director, says Europe needs to take a different approach when it comes to Ukraine. He spoke to Bloomberg's Oliver Crook on the sidelines of a summit of European leaders in Budapest on Thursday.
