This is a vintage Sears Kenmore 20-inch box fan Model 480-80671 with 3 speeds & a thermostat control. The motor is very buzzy, probably because of loose windings inside the motor. The motor tag advertises the fan to pull 2.2 amps, but according to my Kill-A-Watt meter, it pulled 2.35 amps at top speed. Thanks for watching!
