How to taste tea

Each tea has its own profile and and they are all worth trying; some teas evoke atmospheric feelings while some teas are strong with its Qi energy. When you sip the tea, let it sit in your mouth; let it coat your palate and feel; pay attention to what kind of finish you feel on your tongue and throat. It’s really a pleasure to experience the change in each cup and embrace what comes out of it.
