Here is a wee bit from my lessons in February, I wasn't filming as much back then as i really just started in January but the little bits i got have helped me improve things, as i can see what i'm doing that needs work, you don't really feel what you can see in videos. My biggest advice would be to get someone to film you and you can see where you are going wrong.
I was working on my movement in the canter and loosening up my hips by taking away my stirrups here. Any advice on keeping my hands more still are very welcome! I found out later i was doing the canter all wrong and it has been like night and day for me since i changed this .... i will do a separate video on this!
