Intern year is super exciting but it's also unlike anything you've ever done before. Surgery residency is a marathon... and it's HARD... mentally, physically, and emotionally. In this video, I share some of my toughest moments in residency thus far, and the ways in which I am constantly changing and growing to make this journey more enjoyable. It's still not easy, but it's a whole lot better.
