The Perfect Summer Potluck Jello Salad!

Hey, guys! Thank you so much for watching another recipe video. I know this channel is mainly about agriculture, but the recipe videos are just fun for me to make. Now I know this is a random assortment of ingredients, but trust me, it totally works…..like I said a million times in the video, just trust the process 😉

Jello Salad

1 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple
1 box of Jello (whatever flavor is preferred)
1 8 oz container of Cool Whip
1.5-2 cups of cottage cheese
1 10 oz. bag of miniature marshmallows (optional)

Pour pineapple (don't drain) into a shallow, microwave-safe container and nuke for 1-2 minutes. Stir in this order into the crushed pineapple-Jello until dissolved, entire container of Cool Whip until mixed through, then the cottage cheese until mixed through. Spread the miniature marshmallows in a single layer on top (optional). Put a lid on the container and put it in the fridge until set.
