The NCCA-National Committee on Dance led by Shirley Halili Cruz in partnership with Iloilo Dinagyang Foundation, Inc. presents another component of Dance Xchange, the Gallery on Air with two-components, “The Costume and the Dance” and “A Journey on Wings”. Each of which presents exciting concepts to showcase the different dance groups from NCR, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao and an indigenous Community in Calinog, Iloilo, the Panay Bukidnon.
